Yet, RosaImage writer worked perfectly under MS Windows 10 and Linux and when I booted to them, I had options under the uEFI and Legacy boot menu and using the uEFI Ubuntu install option worked well. I have found that not all of them work correctly with uEFI computers.Įarlier this year using MS Windows 10 Home on my Dell Inspiron 7000 uEFI computer, I installed and used Rufus, one of the top MS Windows bootable USB stick software and it did not make my Linux Mint iso files boot properly with uEFI, they would only show up under legacy boot options, so they did not install and setup uEFI boot properly.

You are welcome from all of us that replied.įYI: I have been using various bootable USB stick creation software for years now including those that can put multiple operating systems and or utilities onto a USB stick in Linux and MS Windows.
